All products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 15-30 business days for production before your order is shipped. This timeframe may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Carriers:

We ship via USPS & UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times:

After your order has been shipped, transit times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical shipping times within the United States are 3-5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your location.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve the situation promptly.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
