At Mama & the Chao Creations, all sales are final. Each product is made to order, ensuring it is custom-crafted to meet our high standards and your specific preferences.

As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless:

• There is a defect in the product caused during production or shipping.

• The wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.

If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, along with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your case promptly and work to find an appropriate resolution.
